• You must provide accurate account, business, and billing information.
• You are responsible for keeping passwords, API keys, and team access secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out from your workspace by your staff, contractors, or invited users.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or represent a legally registered business, to create a paid workspace.

RelayForge helps tourism businesses manage tours, destinations, media, bookings, invoices, reviews, forms, websites, and multilingual content. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability, itineraries, travel information, tax information, and customer-facing content published through your workspace.

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features where needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development.

• Plan features, usage limits, and prices are shown on the pricing page or in a written order agreed with you.
• Paid plans are billed in advance unless a different billing arrangement is agreed in writing.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Forge Labs Pro.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, levies, mobile money charges, bank charges, or payment processor fees.
• Late or failed payment may result in workspace restrictions or suspension after reasonable notice.

• You retain ownership of business data and content uploaded to RelayForge.
• You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, display, and back up your content only as needed to provide the service.
• You must have the right to upload and use all images, text, logos, customer records, traveler information, and other materials you submit.
• You are responsible for obtaining any customer consent required for bookings, marketing messages, reviews, forms, and communications.

You agree not to use RelayForge to:

• Publish unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
• Send spam, phishing messages, unauthorised marketing, or deceptive communications.
• Misrepresent travel packages, prices, permits, accommodation, safety conditions, or availability.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, scan, overload, or bypass the security of the service.
• Process personal data in a way that violates Tanzanian data protection law or other applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, copy, or white-label the service without written permission.

• We work to keep RelayForge secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Maintenance, third-party outages, payment provider issues, network failures, and force majeure events may affect availability.
• Support requests should be sent to [email protected].

• You may stop using RelayForge or request account closure by emailing [email protected].
• We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms.
• After termination, workspace data may be retained temporarily for export, recovery, audit, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, then deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Labs Pro and RelayForge are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost bookings, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for RelayForge during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless Tanzanian law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. We will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts or lawful dispute resolution bodies in Tanzania.
