This policy explains how RelayForge, provided by Forge Labs Pro in Tanzania, collects and uses personal data from account users, tourism businesses, website visitors, and travelers whose information is submitted through the platform.

- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, protect the platform, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
- To comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, cybercrime, data protection, and lawful authority requests under Tanzanian law and other applicable laws.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer workspace content to train third-party AI models.
3. Lawful basis for processing
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we process personal data because it is necessary to provide the service, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, or because consent has been given for optional activities such as marketing or cookies.
Customers using RelayForge are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect traveler and lead data through their own websites, forms, bookings, and communications.
